About Us
The Company
XtraMile specializes in recycling trucks, jeeps, vans and SUVs. Recycling parts, and not just producing new raw materials, is good for the world and the economy.
In 1978, Don Sibbio founded AAA Van and Truck Wrecking. Don was often found working in the shop alongside his employees. “When in business, you should be able to do the same work as your employees,” was Sibbio’s philosophy.
Robert Sibbio took his father’s words to heart, “’When you do the job, do it right! Send the customer the best part possible. Avoid problems by taking care of them before they become one.’”
The owner has to be a strong team player. Robert is happy to roll up his shirtsleeves and work along side his employees. He isn’t afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty sweeping a floor or handling a challenging customer issue. Robert’s calm demeanor has gained the respect of employees and customers alike.
“’Keep your word’ is something my father taught me to live by. We do the same with our employees. Everyone works as a team and plays by the same rules. If we don’t, we can’t win,” said Robert.
Roberts’s secret to success is simple– “Find out what your customers want, deliver it to them with ease, and keep it simple and cost effective for them.”
Green
There aren’t many green initiatives that actually save you money, but auto recycling does! Recycling vehicles is a great way to prevent waste by utilizing parts that still have plenty of life in them.
XtraMile is Gold Seal Certified by the Automotive Recyclers Association, a national organization. Companies with this certification must have their house keeping in order, oil and batteries properly disposed of, and run a clean operation. Of 300 wrecking companies in Arizona, XtraMile is one of only three with this recognition.

Robert Sibbio | General Manager
An Arizona native, Robert has been in the business since he was 13 years old, when he worked weekends and summer vacations along side his father. In 1984 he went to work full time learning every aspect of his father’s company. His industry knowledge enabled him to confidently take over the business in 1995. A passionate off road racer, his team won their class in the 2000 Baja race from Ensenada to Cabo—1800 miles and over 40 hours later. He still enjoys rebuilding cars in his off time along with staying on top of the industry and learning how to better serve his customers.

Chris Sibbio | Office Manager
Chris does a remarkable job of administration, marketing, and keeping the company organized. Her focus is making sure that the company flows properly and that employees are happy. She knows that happy employees deliver that energy to their customers.

Frank LaMarca | Sales Associate
Frank has been with the company for 16 years and actually started the day Robert’s son was born. From Ohio, Frank has spent his whole life in the wrecking and parts industry. He divides his free time between his Harley Davidson and rebuilding a ’57 Chevy truck.

Greg has three years with XtraMile. Originally from Wisconsin, he also proudly rides a Harley Davidson. Between he and Frank, they have over 60 years of industry experience between them.
